IRON is a workout tracking and analytics platform designed by weightlifters. It offers a simple and efficient way to track your workouts and analyze your progress. Whether you're a beginner, bodybuilder, or powerlifter, IRON revolutionizes the user experience for workout trackers, planners, and gym logs.
Workouts, Routines, and Groups
With the "Build Workout" feature, you can create workouts ahead of time and save them to your Library. This allows you to build workouts for various fitness and weightlifting goals, such as muscle growth, muscle tone, strength, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and weight loss.
You can also create groups to organize your workouts. For example, if you're following a "5 Day Split" routine, you can create a workout group titled "5 Day Split" and add your workouts to it. Additionally, you have the option to pin your favorite workouts for easy access in your Library.
Workout Logging and Exercise Tracking
The core of your Exercise Stats is logging sets. As you log sets, your Exercise Stats automatically update. IRON also autofills the weight and rep count for exercises based on your previous logs. However, if you prefer to log individual weightlifting exercises separately from full workouts, you can use the Log Sets feature.
On the Performance tab, you can view all your exercises and identify areas that need improvement (indicated in red) as well as those in which you've been making progress (indicated in green). The filtering options allow you to sort exercises by muscle group, equipment type, rep count, favorites, and more.
If you tap on an exercise from the Performance tab, you'll be taken to the "Exercise Stats" page for that specific exercise. Here, you'll find visualizations of your progress over time, including customizable and user-friendly charts. Quick stats, such as average lift, lowest lift, most frequent lift, average rep count, and average sets performed, are also provided for each exercise.
Exercise Info and Education
IRON provides demonstration videos for every exercise to ensure that you understand the proper form and technique. In addition, step-by-step instructions are available for each exercise to help you set up and execute them correctly and safely.
Workout History
The Workout History feature allows you to view your past workout data and filter it by muscle group. You can sort the history by workouts or logged sets, providing a comprehensive overview of your training.
